From Ha’aretz:
Shamrock Capital Advisors, the California-based investment arm of the Roy Disney family, said yesterday that it is launching a new $125 million fund to invest in Israel over a four-year period.
[...]
[Shamrock President Stanley] Gold said that one field of particular interest to Shamrock is Israel’s defense industry, which is undergoing consolidation. The government is planning to begin privatizing its defense companies soon, and Shamrock is considering joining one of the consortia expected to bid for Israel Military Industries, he said.
…because nothing says “family fun” like a trip to Disney World or an Israeli invasion of a Palestinian refugee camp. But hey, I don’t mean to snide; anywhere there is a buck to be made off the backs of poor, oppressed people, I think American companies should be right in the middle of it. It’s the American way.

When I was a kid I loved the Disney song “It’s a Small World.” I think we should change the words to be more fitting of Disney. Here’s the original:
it’s a world of laughter, a world or tears
its a world of hopes, its a world of fear
theres so much that we share
that its time we’re aware
its a small world after all
CHORUS:
its a small world after all
its a small world after all
its a small world after all
its a small, small world
There is just one moon and one golden sun
And a smile means friendship to everyone.
Though the mountains divide
And the oceans are wide
It’s a small small world
(chorus)
